Who we are

Atomic Wax is operated by Peter Benes (also trading as Benes the Menace) in Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. Contact: questions@atomicwax.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact or assessment form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, website address and message, plus the page you submitted from and the time. The form sends this to our server, which stores it in a database on Cloudflare (D1). Peter reads it and replies. We use it to answer you and to prepare your assessment or quote.

If you book a call, you use Reclaim.ai's scheduling page, which has its own privacy policy. We do not control what it collects.

What we do not do

This site does not load advertising or tracking scripts, and does not embed third-party fonts or widgets. We do not sell or rent your information.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation. Your form submission is stored on infrastructure that may be located outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for as long as we need them to reply to you and to run any project you commission. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing questions@atomicwax.com. We will reply within two business days.

This page may change as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
